Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is completely free for every order within the United States. There’s no minimum spend and no hidden fees.
Q: How long will it take to get my package?
A: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Right now we only deliver to addresses in the United States. If that changes in the future, we’ll announce it on our site.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return items within 30 calendar days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and still in their original packaging. Returns are free, and there’s no restocking fee.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Reach out to us at info@bonbooinvyyc.it.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. After that, it typically takes an additional 7–10 business days for the money to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All charges are in United States dollars.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: We process orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes once submitted. However, if you contact us right away, we’ll do our best to help. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process would apply.
Q: My tracking shows delivered, but I can’t find the package. What should I do?
A: First, double-check with household members and look around your delivery area. If it’s still missing, send us an email and we’ll help figure out the next steps with the carrier.
