All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once your package leaves our hands, standard delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days within the United States. Right now we only ship to addresses inside the United States, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping is completely free on every order. There is no minimum purchase amount and no hidden delivery charges. We handle the carrier selection for you based on the destination and package size, and we regularly work with major services like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the label is created, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If something goes wrong in transit or your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please reach out to us right away at info@bonbooinvyyc.it.com or through the contact form. We will do our best to sort things out as quickly as we can.
