Your satisfaction means a lot to us. If for any reason you need to send something back, here is how we handle returns and refunds.
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to start a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned with all the original packaging. Please be careful when trying products on—items with visible wear, damage, or missing parts caused by the customer may not be accepted.
Returns are completely free. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you will not be charged any restocking fee. Once you initiate a return, we will email the label to you. Simply pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop the package off with the carrier indicated.

After your return is received and checked, we issue the refund within 1–2 business days. Please remember that it can then take an additional 7–10 business days for the money to show up on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method you used during checkout.
